The process is carried out according to the following steps: (1) synthesis of α-chlorinated acetoacetanilide (chlorination) Add acetoacetanilide and toluene to the reactor, stir at about 20℃ and add sulfuryl chloride, control the reaction temperature at 25-30℃, after half an hour, continue to hold the temperature for 2.5h, namely, toluene suspension of α-chlorinated acetoacetanilide. (2) Synthesis of seed mixture (condensation) : Add the toluene suspension obtained in the first step to thiourea and water, heat up to reflux, reaction for half an hour.
