Red powder. Insoluble in water
Purpose:
Disperse Red BRE is mainly used for dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics. It is suitable for dyeing by carrier method, high temperature and high pressure method and hot melt method. Dye polyester yellow and bright red. It can also be used for printing polyester, acetate, triacetate and polyamide fabrics. Bright color, good evenness, good dyeing fastness.
The production method:
uses p-nitroaniline and m-(benzoylamino-N, n-diacetoxyethyl) aniline as raw materials. First, the former is diazotized, and then the latter is coupled to obtain the product. The e finished product is filtered, crushed and dried. Add 54g hydrochloric acid (30%) and 30mL water into the diazotization reaction bottle, stir and heat up to 60-65℃, add 69g p-nitroaniline to dissolve it. Then the temperature was lowered to 30-40℃, and additives were added: 5gPC powder and 10gTX-10. The Chemicalbook was further lowered to 0-5℃, and 8g sodium nitrite was added by drops, which was finished at 1-1.5h. Continue stirring for 2.5 hours to obtain diazo solution. Add 150mL water and 110g m (benzoylamino-N, n-diacetylxyethyl) aniline into the coupling reaction bottle, cool to 0℃, add concentrated H2SO4 to dissolve it, then add the above diazo solution by drops, add it within 1-2h, and continue stirring for 10-12h. Water replenishment, temperature rise to 45-50℃, filter, wash, dry finished products.
